Main Contract Surveyor Degree qualified with experience of managing own projects in various sectors. I have a proven track record in successful management of projects through all stages of the contract. I have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and work on my own initiative. Projects include; Education, Commercial New Build, Housing, Refurbishment and Civils projects. Using JCT, and bespoke PFI contracts. I have responsibility for pre and post contract surveying duties. Duties include; budget estimating, cost planning, reporting, preparation of tender documents and submission and agreement of valuations.
