Inspiring children with learning differences to thrive. Working with a brilliant team to create a fun, fresh and engaging curriculum to help boys build confidence, enjoy English and cement core literacy skills. To meet the needs of students lacking foundational knowledge in phonics, I recently spearheaded a program of individualised assessment and teaching to plug the gaps. This was a team effort and I enjoyed galvanising the efforts and expertise of colleagues towards the common goal of accelerating progress.
