I have 20 years experience in the Audiology profession/industry both as an Audiologist and in various support and leadership roles.Training as an Audiologist with Boots Hearingcare, I worked in practice for 6 years before becoming a Regional Manager. After 3 great years, I then moved into a central role leading various transformation projects before joining the Leadership Team at Boots Hearingcare working on the short and long term business strategy, co-ordinating and attending the shareholder board meeting and working closely with the Sales teams on operational detail.After 15 years with Boots, I moved to Amplifon as Head of Retail Excellence, where I was responsible for all aspects of the Customer Journey, including diary management, customer proposition and Audiologist performance.In February 2022 I joined Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists as Audiology Director. Tasked with developing and growing the business to maximise its potential. I currently lead a team of ever growing and developing Audiology professionals.
