Commercial Vehicle Retail Manager for TrustFord, Ford Transit Centre in Hillington, Glasgow. Experienced Sales Executive & Sales Manager within the motor trade majority of my time has been spent in the Mercedes-Benz Commercial network, across two separate franchises in Birmingham & in Glasgow. Within these positions I completed the Mercedes-Benz C-Sales and Future Manager training courses, I have also attended & completed ILM Level 3 Leadership & Management training through Edinburgh College. Whilst working for Mercedes-Benz in Birmingham I was for many years the highest performing Used Sales Executive & through that performance, leadership skills, planning, structure and willingness to learn, grow as the business needed moved into a management role to lead & mentor the teams. I have been in the Motor Trade since 2007 working through many different positions, roles & responsibilities which has allowed me to get a wider view of what a business needs from the top to the bottom which in turn allowed me to become an asset helping achieve goals, targets and KPI\'s as a successful Sales Manager. I\'ve also been the eVehicle Specialist for Mercedes-Benz Commercials.
