Currently responsible for growing 18 dental practices and inspiring approx. 300 people across the Dorset area.For the past 3 years Dorset has consistently appeared in the Top 5 areas across the {my}dentist estate and consistently delivered company leading LFL growth on NHS, Private and EBITDA.Nominated and awarded Field Team Member of the year 2023 award companywide.Accountable for achieving and exceeding all KPIs. To develop ways of driving performance in the Area through leading, managing and growing the team. Deliver KPIs through effective business planning, performance management, championing operational excellence standards and through maintaining strong relationships with Clinicians, Practice Teams and external stakeholders. Understanding the customer needs and ensure these are delivered through constantly putting the customer first.• Accountable for achieving and exceeding all KPIs, including Financial, People, Operation and Customer performance measures.• Identify key development areas through effective business planning, performance management and championing operational excellence.• Produce, monitor and adapt an individual business plan for each practice to ensure delivery of the agreed Area Performance Objectives• Engage with clinicians and practice teams. Build professional relationships through regular practice visits, 121’s and team meetings. Ensure each practice maintains focus on performance delivery, KPIs and future growth plans• Ensure all Practice Managers are coached, supported and recognised to manage, grow and develop their business and achieve desired results.• Regularly monitor and review all health and safety performance with Practice Mangers to ensure all compliance standards are fully achieved.• Build and maintain relationships with Local Health Board to ensure all National compliance standards and expectations are achieved to gold standard
