I am a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (FCA) and a Managing Director at Kroll. I lead Kroll’s Decision Intelligence practice globally, where I advise our C-suite clients and investors on how to better understand the data they have access to, and how to use advanced data science and AI to gain real commercial, strategic and operational insights on their businesses. This then leads to practical, commercial advice about how to improve P&L, Balance Sheet performance and ultimately improved cash flows. I also advise our clients how they can build new businesses based on the data they hold and how to use that to generate incremental net cash and wider economic and social benefits for the societies in which they operate. My work also includes assisting clients as they prepare for equity and / or debt fund raising. Specialties: Corporate finance, data analytics, AI, value of data, business modelling, economic impact, using quantitative techniques to provide businesses with insight around key commercial, strategic and operational decisions, including the use of analytics in the transactions environment.
