With over 40 years of experience as a strategic and compassionate leader, I currently serve as the Digital Inclusion Programme Manager at AbilityNet, in partnership with BT Group. I lead national initiatives that aim to close the digital divide across the UK—empowering individuals and communities with the skills, confidence, and access they need to thrive in a digital-first world.Throughout my career, I’ve built and led high-performing teams, developed impactful partnerships, and delivered programmes that create lasting social value. My leadership approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a deep commitment to inclusion.
