About Rob McLean

My name is Rob! I am form wildlife technician and biologist. I worked for five years in a variety of roles, with responsibilities centered around conservation, land restoration, wildlife surveys, data collection and analysis, invasive species removal, GIS mapping, pest control, wildlife removal, and vegetation surveys and recovery efforts. I transitioned to the cannabis industry, started as a cultivation technician. I was quickly promoted to team lead, then supervisor of cultivation and post-harvest. I have worked for multiple companies in a similar capacity, managing cultivation, post production, packaging and preroll operations, security, compliance, inventory management, operations management, and retail management, with teams from 15 - 150 employees. I am competitive, passionate, eager to learn and always wanting a challenge. I have excellent leadership and teaching ability, communication skills, and organizational skills. I want to continue furthering my career in cannabis or potentially wildlife biology and conversation.
