Managing full-cycle recruitment of IT professionals across diverse roles for Canadian technology clients including (but not limited to) startup SaaS companies, government ministries, enterprise oil & gas organizations, and financial institutions- Identifying and sourcing top candidates through a variety of methods including cold-calling via ATS database, emails, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals- Performing thorough candidate screenings via telephone or video call interviews- Managing candidates through the full-cycle interview profess: Scheduling, interview prep/coaching, providing feedback, offer delivery & negotiation, onboarding-Submitting detailed application summaries to account managers for review and submission to clients, highlighting candidate alignment across all areas-Managing a recruitment book of business with efficiency and effectiveness
