ABOUT ROB MANTLE

I have spent my entire working life in the Commercial Catering Industry. Starting out as a drivers mate and working my way through the ranks from Gas Engineer to Project Manager. Ultimately working for some of the UK\'s leading Catering Equipment Design houses to finally a joint venture in what is Ovation Kitchens. A strong passion for both food and the hospitality industry as a whole there is nothing more satisfying than speaking with passionate chefs and operators, understanding their requirements and putting together a well thought out, considered design to deliver an operation which runs smoothly and efficiently and seeing that initial concept come to fruition.
