Oversee all aspects of off-street parking, including policy, planning, capital improvements and operational supervision for 38 off-street parking facilities with spaces that generate $80 Million in annual revenue for the city.• Oversee curb-management vendor contracts supporting services including towing, coin and data collection, PARCS, and app-based meter payments, • Work with other city departments and community stakeholders on issues related to parking and curb-management policy and operations including, City Attorney, Controller, Treasurer, Risk Management, Real Estate, Planning, Rec & Park, Public Works, Police, special-event venues, CBDs, merchant and homeowner groups.• Work with team of managers and analysts to conduct oversight of contracted vendors including: ensuring compliance with applicable laws, codes, ordinances and policies; expense/budget monitoring, safety/maintenance inspections, review and approval of repair and maintenance projects, customer-service monitoring, etc.• Lead ongoing efforts to expand presence of alternative mobility hubs at parking facilities, including car/scooter share, bicycle-parking, and EV-charging infrastructure.
