I lead Baringa’s Operational & Process Excellence and Value Creation practices, personally specialising in Operational Excellence, Value Creation and Intelligent Automation. I spend my time helping our Energy, Resources, Financial Services and Public Sector clients to solve complex industry and business challenges.The team has grown strongly over the past 15 years with specialist consultants now based in the UK, Europe, New York, Singapore and Australia. Using our 3D Method™, I specialise in in the design, development and implementation of OE and organisational agility transformation agendas at all levels, ranging from focusing on individual teams or value streams, through to companywide initiatives that span geographies and business units.
