After starting and operating a full line Janitorial supply company for 25 years, I\'ve learned a great deal about the processes necessary to achieve success. Selling the business in July of 2006 has created even more opportunities. As sales representative, I can once again focus on my passion, listening to my customers janitorial challenges and providing practical solutions. Throughout the years, I\'ve dedicated myself to developing long-term relationships by creating long-term solutions. Listening to customer needs and using my expertise to provide solutions has always been my focus. With an ever changing business environment, I find the most challenging goal is to strive to make every customer feel as though they are important. While this challenge is ever present, my focus remains the same, solving customer challenges and forging strong life-long relationships. Over the past 30 plus years I’ve thoroughly enjoyed owning and leasing flex space industrial buildings all in the same Stony Creek Industrial Park at 146th street and Hwy 37 in Noblesville Indiana. Even though I’m now retired my wife and I still own and lease 4 office / warehouse suites in the Building that we had built back in 1994. Commercial real-estate has been extremely good and profitable to me and my family. I would encourage any younger person with a need for a brick and mortar building to seriously consider buying and or building a building that is larger than you need and begin leasing out space. It’s literally a long term savings account. And your tenants help you make the monthly mortgage payments. However please be absolutely convinced that it’s located in an up and coming progressive area so that you can enjoy a large increase in property value. My one building has literally increased 3 1/2 times in value since we built it 30 years ago. Make long term decisions and you will be able to enjoy your retirement.
