In my role as Director of Business Development for our Dayton market, I have the joy of developing relationships with new clients and improving those with previous. I am responsible for the pursuit and evaluation of opportunities as well as helping clients with their needs in the beginning stages of their project. Sometimes this means leading the pre-construction coordination on projects until construction begins.
