I perform all aspects of media relations for the Bureau, as well as oversee internal communications efforts. My role as Communications Director involves the creation of PR/Marketing Plans to promote CBI programs and processes, website updates and social media content and response to critical incidents requiring crisis communication. In addition to organizing and facilitating events for reporters, the function also involves preparing articles, news releases, feature stories, speeches, scripts and newsletters involving CBI-related topics.
