As an energetic and visionary leader, my focus has and always will be on the people. From creating a workplace culture that inspires and motivates, to building trustworthy customer partnerships with integrity and passion. Having been one of the original founding members of Nor-Cal, I assisted with building the company from its inception and have worn almost every hat in the company. I was also a key member responsible for leading the company’s transition from only supporting traditional power generation projects, to identifying, being awarded, and successfully executing on our first project opportunity within renewables – a turnkey SCADA system for the first utility-scale sized capacity solar PV project within the United States. Over the past 15+ years, I have successfully led and supported the company in maintaining our industry reputation and position as the nation’s leading SCADA provider.This has given me a wide range of experience across all business disciplines and operations, which has allowed me to be a confident and driven risk taker within industrial automation for the renewable energy industry.
