I lead a number of initiatives and supervise teams in the establishment of Togaf-based architectural structures and governance procedures that can support the Cleveland Clinic\'s strategies.Key Contributions:• Designed, built, and managed the technology architecture review board (ARB) that enforces technological standards and rules that maximize the Cleveland Clinic’s strategic plans.• Served as the executive sponsor of the application rationalization and decommissioning program that is designed to identify opportunities to fain efficiencies and eliminate cyber security risks by replacing, retiring or consolidating applications. • Co-sponsored a program that architected the initial deployment of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM at the Cleveland Clinic and designed the FHIR based interface between the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare (MC4H) and the health systems electronic medical record (Epic). • Sponsored a cross-functional team in strategically developing Cleveland Clinic\'s shared service technology architecture model and navigating a full RFP process that positioned ServiceNow as the enterprise service management platform of the future.• Delivered exceptional support to deployment activities in order to replace the Ivanti Heat enterprise service management software with ServiceNow in the IT, clinical engineering, and facilities divisions.• Instituted and sponsored a program to roll out the ServiceNow platform\'s asset management, IT business management (ITBM), and agile development modules across the IT division.
