ABOUT ROB LINCAVAGE

Rob Lincavage is the Senior Vice President of Operations Engineering with Comcast Cable’s B2B Comcast Business organization. Focused primarily on strategic direction and delivery of Comcast Business enterprise customer network and security products.In his most recent prior role, Rob led the Technology and Cyber Audit function within Comcast\'s Corporate, NBC/U and Cable operations. The Technology Audit team is responsible for working closely across the enterprise identifying key areas of opportunity to mitigate technical risk while collaborating with business partners to prioritize initiatives that meet the overall strategic objectives and technical capabilities of the organization. Previous roles include VP of Comcast Business Service Technical Support Operations within Comcast Business Services. Based in Denver, his responsibilities included strategic planning, performance management and oversight of a 800 person multi-site national technical support service assurance organization serving Mid-Market and Enterprise Services customers. Prior to joining Comcast, Lincavage worked for 16 years in the Aviation and Aerospace industry. As the Director of Operations Services Software programs at Jeppesen, a Boeing Company, he led a global team of software engineers, professional service and support technicians building a distributed data management system and customer computer flight planning tools that enable electronic charting and flight-critical information within next-generation commercial and military aircraft in service today. Rob holds various public service and community leadership positions, including President and founder of Plains Edge Baseball Association, a non-profit competitive baseball program built to extend youth development in competitive sports and academics. Lincavage received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California University of PA with a minor in Computer Science, and his Master of Science in Communications and Information Systems from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh. Rob and Melissa Lincavage have been married for 25 years and have three children, son Troy, daughter Payton, and son Braden.
