Working within the John Lewis Partnerships Talent Acquisition Team, delivering the end to end recruitment process and related administrative tasks in line with business policies and legal requirements. Collaboratively working with TA Consultants and TA Managers to ensure we deliver an excellent service to our hiring managers and candidates.Key Responsibilities:Managing job requisitions in Workday and posting job adverts internally and externally.Processing applications in Workday, ensuring candidates are processed accurately and in a timely manner.Screening applications and shortlist candidates to interview.Arranging and conducting interviews, completing job matching activities and extending job offers.Liaising with Hiring Managers and candidates regarding offers, where required.Building relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth process is experienced from initial contact through to onboarding.Providing feedback to candidates post interview outcome.Carrying out all administrative tasks within the recruitment process, moving candidates through in a timely manner and ensuring smooth handoffs to other team members where applicable.Understanding employment law and policy on key topics such as right to work and criminal convictions.Ensuring compliance of all legal requirements and processes.Query resolution and feeding back to teams to support a ‘right first time’ culture. Escalating queries to Talent Acquisition Consultants, where they cannot be personally resolved.Understanding key performance indicators and service level agreements and what is to be achieved.
