Rob has recently held senior finance positions at both private and publicly traded companies and brings a practical perspective towards delivering consulting services. Having led finance transformations as a corporate executive, he has a unique understanding of the challenges of driving change from within an organization and achieving a desired outcome. He specializes in delivery of services to companies in the the consumer markets and financial services industries particularly: Implementing Workday, Oracle and SAP finance systems Integration of finance functions after mergers or acquisitions Adopting new accounting practices and accelerating the close cycle Benchmarking finance organizations and achieving cost savings Improving delivery of shared services Remediating control deficiencies and improving internal controls
