Conducts business development analysis and leads contract proposal capture for new and existing logistics management business opportunities within Serco\'s scope of capabilities.• Identifies and qualifies business opportunities through research and analysis of Performance Works Statements (PWSs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), as well as Requests for Information (RFIs).• Leads the proposal development process, assembling teams of subject matter experts, assigning roles, tracking progress, resolving issues that arise, and maintaining group focus on the ultimate objective.• Writes and edits contract proposals to ensure clarity, accuracy, and persuasiveness. Conducts competitive analysis to understand strengths and weaknesses relative to potential competitors.• Conducts root-cause analysis and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to optimize process efficiencies for our customers. Leverages systems such as Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (Power BI) to analyze supply chain data in order to forecast logistical inefficiencies and prevent production delays. • Manages supply chain processes and architecture, providing recommended strategic-level course of action inputs to drive process improvement initiatives at all levels of the organization.
