Answering directly to the Managing Director I currently am responsible for ensuring the business vision becomes a reality. I manage budgets across the company, signing off on purchases, and planning financial forecasts. Working closely with the service, sales teams, and our bookkeeper to ensure that services are delivered and invoiced consistently.I regularly complete business analysis to uncover trends and pinch points in order to identify our strengths and weaknesses to help identify areas that need focus on to improve keeping us inline with the vision set out by the MD.As line manager to the Heads of Service I work with them to improve interdisciplinary communication and continued improvement of our internal processes to benefit our client base.
