As Cloud Operations Manager, my team and I are responsible for the architecture, provisioning, maintenance, and security of Iceland\'s eCommerce infrastructure. Additionally, we own the release management process, CI/CD integrations, core platform monitoring, incident response, and management of third party integrations and relationships- Architecture and provisioning of AWS/Azure resources- Design, build, and deployment of micro-services on AWS- Platform and edge security (Akamai KSD, PIM, BMP)- Management of Salesforce Commerce Cloud realms (PIG/SIG)- Release management for Salesforce Commerce Cloud- Vulnerability risk analysis, management, and resolution- Adoption of IaC as an approach towards cloud environments- Commercial and relationship management for third party integrations- Platform monitoring and incident response- Design and build automated tools for the wider business- Technical requirements gathering / analysis
