I manage key safety programs critical to the Safety Management System (SMS) and investigate aircraft mishaps from $25K in damage to accidents in excess of $2.5M. Here are a few examples of my work: Briefed SMS and identified trends to Air Force leadership and 2K+ Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (AMTs), highlighted safety risks to the force and reduced aircraft ground operations mishaps by 65% and injuries by 76%. Discovered a C-17A flight control system automatic pitch anomaly, leading to the generation of three safety supplements for C-17A Aircrew, improved operational safety for United States Transportation Command\'s strategic airlift fleet.
