My mission is to help business owners navigate the complex process of selling their business. Over a 20 year span I’ve worked on dozens of M&A transactions for both Strategic and Private Equity backed companies. During that time, I’ve witnessed the challenges that business owners can have on selling what is often their most valuable asset. My career spans across a wide breadth of experiences that includes construction, manufacturing, technical services, marketing, and PE consulting. My background allows me to partner with business owners to help them exit their business with the best possible outcome.
