I am the Recruiter for both Ecomotive Logistics and their sister company, Eco Fleet Solutions. Recruiting to fill internal positions, reviewing all candidates C.V\'s, liaising with successful candidates as to arrange meetings and conducting interviews both face to face and over the telephone.Reviewing and analysing potential drivers applications which amount to around two thousand each week, in order to locate the most suitable candidates for each currently advertised role. Reviewing and analysing potential candidates for internal posts when required. Uploading new advertisements for current positions for more than sixty locations across the UK, through services including Indeed and LinkedIn. Monitoring and replying to all applications submitted.Discussing job roles in further detail with potential drivers and internal candidates, arranging the ideal time for training, across multiple sites. Completing all vetting checks, including DBS, for all potential candidates. Answering queries both through phone calls and emails in relation to any current job roles and providing references for ex-drivers who have found alternative career paths or further employment. Liaising closely with recruitment agencies in regards to potential candidates for open positions. Generating new leads for recruitment advertising including bus advertising, radio and through physical media including the production and distribution of car air fresheners.My additional roles include creating and engaging with colleagues for customer service training programmers as to ensure only the best customer service is provided. I also maintain the social media presence for both Ecomotive Logistics, Eco Fleet Solutions and their mascot, Gerald the Giraffe. The platforms we use are LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X.My duties for this role include generating and uploading new content on a weekly basis as to better advertise the business, our achievements and create engagement.
