ABOUT ROB EYLEY

I am a highly committed senior manager with over 14 years’ experience in IT Service Management. I have worked hard to obtain all relevant industry-recognised qualifications, principally ITIL, applying this best-practice throughout my many roles. My ITIL background is underpinned by sound project management, information security, data protection and risk management expertise. I have significant experience of working with both Tier 1 and SME suppliers and with many operating models including multi-supplier SIAM and in-sourced solutions. I am extremely analytical and a highly articulate communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills, able to solve complex problems and make difficult decisions under pressure. I have a work ethic that is second to none and quickly build productive relationships and trust through collaboration, achieving excellent results and hard work. I take a genuine interest in all things Information Technology and have a strong interest in European Languages, specifically German in which I am intermediate. I am therefore not limited to the UK job market and would add significant value to a German-speaking organisation. I carry my competitive attitude for running into my professional life, continually striving to improve both my personal performance and that of the service(s) for which I am responsible.
