17 years maintenance experience in the food industry, prior to that 12 years working in the semi-conductor industry which included working in Silicon Valley.(CA, USA). Most recently involved in a new CIP plants for our site- working on new Tetra Pak CIP system, alongside 2 other CIP plants.Also involved with HPS pigging of the following products : cream, custard + fondant.
