Current Role:As a Senior C&I Engineer at Altrad Babcock, I lead the technical specification of C&I systems and serve as the primary point of contact for technical queries within major projects. My role is pivotal in steering the technical direction and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Expertise and Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Overseeing the design of C&I systems, including SIS design and testing, and Ex12 hazardous area design- Project Management: Handling project proposals, management, and change processes- Compliance and Safety: Conducting HSE assessments, regulatory compliance, and auditing systems and personnel- Operational Excellence: Managing routine and breakdown maintenance, commissioning, and CMMS- Strategic Collaboration: Working closely with customers, associates, service agents, and vendors to ensure meticulous development of project scopes and deliverables- Team Development: Fostering an environment that promotes critical and analytical thinking, enhancing team capabilities and achieving top results.
