Responsible for the development and implementation of strategies for growth and diversification of Kimley-Horn\'s Federal practice. I also serve as a trusted advisor to our clients directly engaged in the execution and delivery of multi-disciplined projects that support the vital missions of the various agencies of the US Federal government.Specialized experience includes program and project management of Department of Defense (DoD) Military Programs/MILCON contracts for numerous DoD agencies including USACE, USAF, NAVFAC, and USSOCOM. This experience includes a variety of complex MILCON and SRM projects ranging from an ammunition supply point, secure ICD/ICS 705 facilities, administrative and command/HQ buildings, dining facilities, and military working dog facilities to access control points, training ranges, tactical vehicle bridges, and airfield rehabilitations.
