About Rob Dodd

I have been around construction all my life. My dad was a home builder and I grew up hanging out on his projects. During school I spent my summers cleaning up completed projects and also did a good amount of framing and trim carpentry and even spent one summer building swimming pools. I then spent 23 years in the Structural Engineering and Architecture fields before joining Nabholz Construction as a Project Manager in 2007. In every phase of my career I have been fortunate to have been surrounded by some of the best professionals in the business. This continues today at Nabholz. As a commercial construction professional, I have vast experience managing and leading teams on a wide array of projects ranging from a small stair replacement, to a complex Hospital Renovation, a one-of-a-kind Children’s Museum, a major Corporate Headquarters Facility, a Basketball Arena, an Airport Terminal Facility, a Performing Arts Center, a College of Osteopathic Medicine, and a CLT / Mass Timber Residence Hall - the first in the nation. My background makes me uniquely qualified to understand the dynamics of the relationship between the Owner, Architect and Contractor and the collaboration required between these entities to make a project successful. While specializing in CM at Risk, I also have experience in CM Agency, Design-Build, Select Bid and Hard Bid delivery methods.
