At MIP UK, I partner with distributors, buying groups, and care providers across England & Wales to deliver sustainable, reusable healthcare textiles that improve care quality while reducing operational costs.Key Contributions & Impact:• Product launches: Successfully introduced new ranges including Hunsbury® Towels and Sonoma Lite bed pads, helping distributors expand their portfolios with cost-effective, durable alternatives.• 🤝 Distributor growth: Work closely with over 100 key distributors, providing training, account reviews, and tailored solutions that drive sales and margin improvements.• Sustainability focus: Support care homes and laundries in reducing waste and improving efficiency through reusable bedding, towels, continence care, and staff apparel.• Strategic account management: Deliver quarterly business reviews, pricing support, and product education to strengthen partnerships and build long-term trust.• Market insight: Leverage knowledge of sector trends (investment, sustainability, compliance) to ensure MIP UK remains the supplier of choice for healthcare textiles in a rapidly changing market.
