East of England Regional Manager @Sported

Responsible for developing and managing Sported\'s presence in the East of England. I manage over 200 member organisations, including sports clubs, youth clubs and community groups who are all using sport for development to help disadvantaged young people in their local community.I also manage over 30 volunteer mentors, all of whom have a variety of high level business skills and who support member clubs to develop their business plans and apply for funding.I am also responsible for networking and developing relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders in the region to increase Sported\'s influence and provide opportunities for our members.
