MSOC provides organizational and individual-level education and training in planning, execution, and assessment functions and tasks for Navy leaders assigned to a Maritime Operation Center (MOC) or other operational-level maritime staffs- Teaches “China and Africa” elective to students in the College of Naval Warfare, the College of Naval Command and Staff, the Naval Command College, and the Naval Staff College.
