   Site Lead / Mentor-Iraqi Counter Terrorism Service (ICTS)• Built working relationships between OCONUS team, Iraqi counter parts, and US forces for open discussions on program needs, goals, information sharing.• Performed initial site visit and determined project feasibility; Power/water, basic life support, and safety. • Set up biometrics intelligence lab for the Iraqi Counter Terrorism Service.• Managed, tracked, and controlled lab equipment from the United States to Iraq.• Lead and directed Amentum and Iraqi Counter Terrorism Service (CTS) personnel to complete tasks set forth by government and program leadership as required by contract.• Worked to obtain support and material for technicians to focus on work quality.• Set up the Automated Biometrics Server and Workstation for use by Iraqi Counter Terrorism Service.• Wrote new policies on unit and department procedures regarding latent print collection, photography, analysis of evidence, and QA/QC measures.• Mentored the Iraqi command staff on how QA/QC should be done, schedules, inventory control, maintenance of equipment, and corrective actions.• Trained AFIS administrators on the Automated Biometrics Server database.• Participated in monthly meetings with Iraqi lab officers and battalion generals on lab case load, quality and quantity of evidence, and discussed issues and solutions. • Interviewed and met with new candidates for transfer into the Forensic unit. • Wrote 6-month Training program for Iraqi Counter Terrorism Service Latent Examiner Program.• Partnered with Exploitation Analysis Center for further evidence exploitation.• Projected areas of project growth and implemented procedures to achieve them. • Wrote weekly and monthly reports on project developments and milestones.• Developed solutions for challenges in the field and reported results back to project management. • Requested, tracked, and implemented government equipment and supplies from CONUS to OCONUS.
