The My Sky App is a utility app for Sky customers to manage/purchase products across tv, mobile, and broadband. Our scope was to rebuild the app from a native implementation into React Native. Released in January 2023, the app is used by millions of weekly customers- Responsible for reverse engineering existing native application in Swift/Kotlin into functional React Native requirements- Lead Developer within a high-performing squad of ~12 developers, testers, and business analysts- Actively involved in delivery discussions and trusted to identify/allocate areas of work to enable the squad to progress- One of ~10 senior Core Maintainers responsible for reviewing pull requests- Lead the Adobe Analytics/AdobeTarget integrations giving users a level of personalisation- Presented technical demonstrations to over 200 Sky attendees at department updates.
