I am a compassionate and transformative leader with 25 years experience of working in the Voluntary & Community Sector. My strong passion and track record of tackling health inequalities is combined with my skills and knowledge of Equity, Inclusion, Diversity and Belonging. My extensive strategic leadership experience is supported by continued educational achievements, including MA in Community Practice, Diploma in Leadership (Level 7) and a Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring (Level 7, currently studying). Key Achievements include: As Deputy CEO and leading income generation, supporting LGBT Foundation to grow to become a Charity with a turnover of over £4.5 million. Achieved by providing inspirational leadership, growing the organisation from regional funding to national contracts across England. Leading on establishing and growing new services, including Training Academy and Pride in Practice (LGBTQ+ inclusive healthcare within Primary Care and other settings). As HIV Transformation Programme Manager for Greater Manchester Health & Social Care Partnership, creating a GM wide vision to end all new transmissions of HIV within a generation, securing £1.7 million additional investment. Supporting new leaders through membership of Cascading Leadership Coaching Programme of the Kings Fund. I am currently a freelance consultant and an associate for a number of consultancies, including Trust Impact, Unstukk and Transformation Partners in Health & Care.
