Executive Director and head of Dispute Resolution.I provide Property Litigation assistance to a diverse range of commercial and individual clients. I specialise in advising Property and Real Estate investors, Retail and restaurants, Financial Institutions and regeneration bodies.However, like you, I would prefer that disputes do not develop. As such, my priority is always to offer early advice and assistance to help and avoid the potential dispute. If a dispute does develop I will work hard to resolve your dispute as soon as is possible using my extensive Property Litigation experience including substantial experience in Mediation, Negotiation and Arbitration. I will always provide you with clear and decisive advice and if, as a last resort, court action is required I will be tough and assertive in representing your interests. I have a substantial client base, ranging from public limited companies and sole traders, to private investment landlords and several large housing associations.I have experience in all types of disputes, with extensive experience in advising in all type of Commercial and business disputes and also substantial experience of acting in probate and inheritance disputes. I recognise the importance of alternative dispute resolution and have successfully completed mediation advocacy training with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution.I am known by the majority of Sheffield’s commercial property surveyors and I regularly present seminars to professionals on various property matters.
