I am an experienced planning professional with extensive experience of the residential sector, working for major national housebuilders on a variety of large scale residential-led schemes. I am focussed on delivery and placemaking, carrying out a variety of roles - including leading complex planning strategies, development appraisals, planning negotiations and consultation and leading comprehensive design teams to deliver good quality planning results and high quality schemes.I completed studying Town Planning at UWE, Bristol in 2001 and have been a full member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since October 2003 and achieved Associate membership of IEMA in 2010. I have also worked for large and medium sized consultancies on a variety of residential, commercial, infrastructure and mixed use projects for a broad range of clients; providing the following:• Expert witness (including preparation of Proof of Evidence)• EIA coordination and production of Environmental Statements• Screening and scoping requests• Planning applications and appeals • Development plan representations• Public exhibitions
