Rob Chmiel is a senior financial and operational executive specializing in the asset management and alternative investment industries with decades of experience managing all aspects of private equity and hedge funds–overseeing prime brokers, fund administrators, third party valuation firms and outside audit firms. He has extensive experience as a COO and CFO for both public and private companies and has a proven record of capital raising, marketing and investor relations and due diligence functions, including SEC filings, annual audits and monthly reporting. Previously, Rob held several finance roles with The Walt Disney Company, most notably as a senior member of the executive team that launched Disney Online. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross. Rob resides in Connecticut with his wife and has three adult children.
