ABOUT ROB CHAPMAN
An innovative leader with a proven ability to deliver strategic change and transformation. Extensive experience in both the public and private sector.My career began in the desktop support team within the IT department at Cheshire County Council, where I also served as a Applications Support Analyst, qualified internal auditor and change/configuration manager in the Delivery Assurance Team. In 2012, after my tenure at Cheshire East Council, I transitioned to a consultancy role at Flintshire County Council, focusing on IT Service Improvement. My journey continued through several leadership positions, before moving to the housing sector in 2021 as a Service Delivery Manager at Origin Housing in London. In 2023, I joined Torus as a Business Applications Delivery Manager. I hold a BA Honours Degree in Business and I am certified in Change Management Foundation and Practitioner by APMG International. These qualifications, combined with my diverse experience, enable me to drive transformation and organisational change effectively in any company or organisation. My mission is to deliver seamless IT services and digital transformation that empowers stakeholders, enhances operational efficiency, enables better communication and enhances tenant experiences.
