ABOUT ROB CARTWRIGHT
Things have been very interesting for me so lets start at the beginning:Uni (Jeez, that feels like a long time ago ): I attended Nottingham Trent University and studied Sport science & Coaching. Along side my studies, I was also a keen American Football player and Cheerleader (Yes, that is right. Not a typo. Photo evidence available on request )I was Vice President of the American football team, dealing with everything from Sponsorship opportunities & contract negotiations with University facilities providers and external service providers to arranging the nights out & fancy dress outfits.I did fairly well at American football and ended up playing for Great Britain and being interviewed by colleges in the US - Sadly, a back injury forced the end of my Career!(Such a familiar story)After being offered an internship in Strength and Conditioning coaching that definitely wasn\'t the opportunity it was made out to be (I had to work for free & pay for the privilege. Even 21 year old, green as they come Me knew that was a raw deal) I ended up in sales to pay the bills! During my, what is now, my 9 year journey in sales I have worked in Logistics, Distribution and manufacturing at various different levels. I have most recently developed an intensely deep level of knowledge around recycling and sustainability & every day, I try to help as many brands as possible, be as sustainable as possible.I couldn\'t, however, shake the want for helping people who faced career ending injuries, like myself - hence getting involved with Apex Neuro and growing that in my spare time. During which we treat conditions ranging from Fibromyalgia to broken necks / backs with a success rate of over 97%! Anyway, great to meet you & hopefully we will speak soon!
