Trained by Toyota as part of a supplier development programme. • Qualified as a 6 Sigma Black Belt with Caterpillar. • 25 years’ experience of successfully implementing lean 6 sigma techniques in a variety of industries. • My objective is always to embed lean thinking into a business using tried & tested methods which achieve outstanding bottom line financial benefits. • Lean techniques include: strategy deployment, change management, project management, visual management, SPQDC boards, 5S, “go, look, see”, value stream mapping, standard work, line balancing & bottleneck elimination, 8 wastes, DMAIC / A3 / 8D problem solving, DFMA, & SMED techniques which are trained & implemented into everyday working practises.
