Rob is a senior figure in the UK’s heat network sector, with over 30 years of experience in energy and construction. As former Managing Director of one of the UK’s leading design and build district heating businesses, he led the development of a business unit from start-up to over £70m annual turnover, delivering more than £400m of low-carbon energy schemes. His portfolio includes major projects such as the Battersea Power Station Energy Centre and the Energetik Heat Network in Enfield, delivered for both public and private sector clients.Rob now leads HNDC Ltd, a consultancy focused on closing the skills gap in heat networks and decarbonisation. He specialises in project commercialisation, funding, procurement and pre-contract strategy — helping clients to secure investment, reduce risk and deliver technically sound, commercially viable schemes across the UK.
