About Rob Caliger

Rob is a Partner and Head of Research and Project Management at The Loring Group. He is responsible for creating innovative research techniques and methodologies and leading the research team that delivers executive and non-executive search services. He is also the lead search consultant for engagements in the Hospitality industry and non-executive roles for our Technology clients. As a formally trained Chef at the Culinary Institute of America and former restauranteur, he has deep domain expertise in the Hospitality space. His experience leading candidate development for all our executive searches makes him well-qualified to perform our Team Building assignments. Additionally, Rob manages the Go-To-Market plans for TLG Coaching clients. This includes creating job search campaigns helping identify the appropriate hiring managers and loading contact scripts into the Sales Automation Platform. He also assists our executive job seekers in managing the communication process with potential employers to help them land a new position successfully. Rob is actively involved in the local community, donating his time and talents to several non-profit organizations.
