Working in a national role, managing a specialist PBM product used in Cardiac Surgery. 2023 - Promoted to Commercial Manager - Critical Care Lead role in managing critical care PBM product in cardiac surgery, writing and implementing brand plans and marketing plans, forecasting and setting budgets Working closely with key HCPs and KOLs in cardiac surgery and anaesthesia. Internally working with and leading projects with logistics, BD, CRM, marketing, UK senior management and global medical, regulatory & marketing. Responsible for delivery sales targets and project implementation across various aspects of the business. Success includes supporting clinicians develop Patient Blood Management strategies to improve patient outcomes. This is by networking with key specialists in Cardiac Surgery & Anaesthesia & collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders and Advocates, achieved by leading in omnichannel communication methods including driving access & sales with virtual technology; working within high risk surgery across various specialist centres in the UK and wider ranging responsibilities including materials creation and development, through to regulatory aspects of supply.
