Case management and supervision of clients sentenced to supervised probation from County and District Courts. Areas of supervision have been domestic violence, sex offenders, juveniles, DUI cases, mental health clients and drug offenders. Supervision includes case management in the Colorado State Judicial ECLIPSE data management system. Active supervision includes urinalysis monitoring, treatment monitoring, and tracking of payments to the Court and to victim’s owed restitution. I have been working exclusively as a PSI writer for the past 8 years.

ABOUT ROB BRETHOUWER
MLIS graduate from the University of Denver. My areas of interest are intellectual freedom, music/orchestra librarianship, medieval manuscripts, and subject area librarianship. I have a graduate certificate in rhetoric and literary studies from Colorado Mesa University and a master of social science with areas of emphasis in political science and criminology from the University of Colorado Denver. I have a strong background in music, including performing (trumpet), theory, and music history. I am passionate about opera and chamber music. In addition to my judicial career, I have been a classical music columnist for three years, writing about opera, chamber music, and classical music for The Montrose Mirror, an online weekly publication. I enjoy learning new things and exploring different fields of interest, such as mathematics, astronomy, jazz, French, Latin, and video games.
