Responsible for P&L, practice/business development and overall practice management including marketplace strategy, solutions/services offerings development, software and services sales, client relationship management, DSO management, staffing and billability management, contract/service negotiations and delivery of operations improvement, systems integration, systems development, and BPO services. Led multiple complex projects in ERP, state-wide solution (package and custom development) deployment, solution selection and BPO services.
