Healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience partnering with boards, physicians, and investors to build and scale multi-specialty physician organizations. My background spans value-based care transformation, payer contracting, buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise infrastructure buildout across complex healthcare platforms.I previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Summit Health (formerly Summit Medical Group), a physician-owned, multi-specialty organization with approximately providers across New Jersey, Oregon, and Arizona. During my tenure, Summit scaled to more than $1 billion in revenue while maintaining strong physician economics and governance. I played a central role in the organization’s transition toward risk-based reimbursement, including participation in CMS’s Next Generation ACO model, and partnered closely with payers on progressive contracting strategies.At Summit, I led financial modeling, valuation, negotiation, diligence, and integration for physician practice acquisitions supporting the annual addition of more than 100 physicians annually. I oversaw enterprise finance, revenue cycle, physician compensation, analytics, and capital strategy; led the implementation of athenaHealth; and built a scalable financial infrastructure supporting more than 250 service-line profit centers. I also partnered closely with the Board of Directors throughout a successful private equity transaction, contributing to meaningful shareholder value creation.Earlier in my career, I held senior financial leadership roles at Nemours / duPont Hospital for Children and Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia, began my career in mergers and acquisitions at Wachovia Securities, and supported hospital construction projects early on at L.F. Driscoll Company.I currently serve as an independent healthcare advisor and am openly exploring CFO, strategic advisor, and board-adjacent roles with forward-thinking healthcare organizations.
