ABOUT ROB BLYTH
I am a people developer/coach at heart, experienced in managing change in the business, education and sports sectors. I am skilled in strategic development and transforming organisations. l love coaching people to help them get the most out of themselves. I have worked in management, management consultanting and education and led a charitable organisation. Geographically, I have worked across Europe and in Asia and North America. I am based in the North West of the UK. I am highly skilled at collaborating with partners, stakeholders and senior decision makers to translate business ideas into commercially viable outcomes. Having successfully built up a number of high performing teams across multiple geographies, I am able to engage with stakeholders to develop creative and strategic solutions to business problems. I have been chairperson of a newly formed charity, leading it\'s creation. I managed a team 50 instructors, 80 volunteers, with 7 trustees and an executive leadership team of 15 for the charity which has over 1200 active membership. This has involved a change to incorporated status.
